Why does it take so long for my custom order to be completed? As we make all of the pieces ourselves and to minimise waste, only source materials once your order is placed, we quote a realistic and fair lead time of 1-2 weeks. If you need a custom piece more quickly, please contact us and we will always try to do this for you.
-
What do I do if I want to change or cancel an outstanding order? If the piece you have ordered is ready made, then just contact us to cancel or change your order. If you would like to change a custom order, please be aware that there will be an amendment fee of £5 per item, per individual amendment. This is because fabrics and yarns will have already been sourced for you, and we may have already started making your piece. Please get in contact with us as soon as possible if you want to change a custom order. To cancel a custom order please contact us directly. We do not as a rule offer cancellations on custom orders, as explained above.

How should I care for my clothes? For best care of your garment, we would always recommend a cool hand wash and flat dry. However, we appreciate that this isnt always practical with childrens clothing. Our fabrics are machine washable at 30 degrees, so fabric clothing can be machine washed if needed. Please see the garment listing for more specific care information. Knitwear should always be handwashed - there is no need to use softnener, excess water should be gently squeezed from the garment, and the piece reshaped whilst damp and dried flat. If you have any questions about a particular piece, please feel free to contact us.
-
How do I work out what size I need to buy?Our pieces are made according to 'standard' baby and childrens clothing sizes. However, there is no such thing as a 'standard' baby, and some of our styles are more 'vintage' with a different fit to modern clothing. It is therefore really important that you refer to the measurements within the product description when making a purchase. If you are unsure what size to buy, or if we don't stock a size that you would like to buy, please contact us.

Do you ship Internationally?Unfortunately at present we do not provide our services or ship items internationally - excluding our PDF patterns, which can be purchased via our Etsy store.
